Can you tell us more about your service?
Mymobile-ID.Com is a prototyp (alpha release) for an Open-ID Provider. There is one major enhancement to other providers. The registration is done by sending a registation code via SMS to the users mobile phone.
This gives Relying Parties, the benefit, that the owner of the OpenID-Url has identified himself as the owner of the cellphone at registration time.

What is your business model?
empulse GmbH is a IT-consultancy focussing on current internet technologies and Web 2.0. The main reason of the development of mymobile-ID was to implement a prototype in order to discuss the modell and offer our services to existing and future clients in different industries (mainly telco).

What are the projects, additional features you’re preparing?
We are planning to enhance the serivce in different ways. First, to provide additional OpenID features (support of OpenID 2.0, different personas, additional security features). Then we plan to enhance the integration within the mobile world (e.g. sending transaction codes via SMS) . Currently we are developing different kinds of business models fo the service.

What are the current users’ feedback, your learnings on the service’s usage?
Current users (testers) feedback is positive. The registration process with SMS verification works smoothly. We could still enhance the user interface and point out the benefit of OpenID in a better way.
