Can you tell us more about your service
In fact we do not provide a service, we provide the Windows software Mobile Master, which allows the user to administrate and synchronize the data of their mobile phones. In comparison to the software that comes with many cellphones (e.g. like the Nokia PC Suite), Mobile Master is ONE software for many brands and models, such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, LG, Samsung, Siemens, and it can synchronize e.g. the contacts and calendar not only with Outlook and Lotus Notes but also with Mozilla Thunderbird and Sunbird/Lightning, Palm Desktop, Novell Groupwise, Tobit David,…

And it is much more flexibe regsarding filters and im- and export possibilities and e.g. it has a migration tool to easily copy all data from one phone to another.

What is your business model
Mobile Master is a standalone application for windows and can be purchased via the homepage: http://www.mobile-master.com/bestellen/best.html. There are different editions of Mobile Master: depending on the features the user requires he can choose the appropiate edition. Updates are free for at least one year and usually the is at least one update of Mobile Master per month for new supported handsets.

What are the projects, additional features you’re preparing
Some parts of Mobile Master will be completey reengineered in the next months to prepare it for more devices and better extendability.

What are the current users’ feedback, your learnings on the service’s usage
Due to the complexity of the synchronization and the many different devices and organizer programs Mobile Master do support, there are very different feedbacks, and there many people asking: please support this or that call phone. Most users find the user interface good or excellent.
